Thai Chicken Pizza - THM friendly

Thai dishes are so flavorful. We really enjoy these individual pizzas. If you have a large family, simply double the recipe. If you aren't following a low carb lifestyle or Trim Healthy Mama feel free to use a regular pizza crust for this recipe.

Ingredients

organic Tamari
or Soy Sauce, Coconut Aminos, Braggs

Toasted Sesame Oil
cold pressed

no sugar nut butter
almond, peanut

Stevia powder

Ginger

Almond Milk or Water to thin enough to spread on tortillas
Topping amount of button mushrooms sliced
Topping amount of chopped bell peppers
red, yellow, green

chicken breast
divide between 4 pizzas, for toppings
Wonder Wraps or Low Carb Tortillas

cup
mozzeralla cheese divided between 4 pizzas
Instructions
Mix all ingredients down to the first topping
Spread mixture on tortilla or Wonder Wrap
Add toppings
Add cheese
Bake at 350 degrees about 5-8 minutes or until cheese browns slightly
