Thai Chicken Pizza is going to be a new favorite! I love the flavor of Thai food and this pizza really hits the spot! It's a great way to use a Wonder Wrap!

Thai Chicken Pizza - THM friendly
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp organic Tamari or Soy Sauce, Coconut Aminos, Braggs
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil cold pressed
- 4 Tbsp no sugar nut butter almond, peanut
- 1/32 Stevia powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1-2 Tbsp Almond Milk or Water to thin enough to spread on tortillas
- Topping amount of button mushrooms sliced
- Topping amount of chopped bell peppers red, yellow, green
- 16 oz chicken breast divide between 4 pizzas, for toppings
- Wonder Wraps or Low Carb Tortillas
- 1 cup mozzeralla cheese divided between 4 pizzas
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients down to the first topping
- Spread mixture on tortilla or Wonder Wrap
- Add toppings
- Add cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees about 5-8 minutes or until cheese browns slightly
