ThatOrganicMom.com Affiliate Disclosure
In compliance with the FTC guidelines, please assume the following about all links, posts, photos, pins, tweets, status updates, instagram pictures, ebooks and other material on the ThatOrganicMom website:
Any/all of the links on this website are affiliate links of which ThatOrganicMom could receive a small commission from sales of certain items while the price is the same for you.
What is an Affiliate Link?
I'll never forget the first time I tried to explain “affiliate link” to my mom. She thought that by clicking on any link she was being charged somehow. I realized at that moment, it was possible that many other people might not understand what an affiliate link is or how it works, so let me explain:
Affiliate links are words or pictures that are clickable on any blog or website which, enable the seller (for example Amazon Prime ) to give credit to the website for sending a customer (the person clicking the link) to their website. Such as many of the links on my Recommended Page.
This is one way of earning commissions for customer referrals online. Even though a reader may click on a link and make a purchase, the price is still the same whether they use the link or not. Clicking on the link only redirects you to another page. There is usually no compensation for this. However, when you click on and purchase from an affiliate link the “referrer” (for example ThatOrganicMom) will be paid a small referral commission (enough to buy coffee, but not a pony).
If you love the content of my website and would like to help support my efforts to spread the word about healthier living, you can simply use my links to purchase items you already planned to purchase! The cost is the same for you either way. Again, in some cases the cost can be even lower by using my coupon codes. Find products I recommend here.
There are so many products and services online that have “affiliate programs” or “referral programs” however, ThatOrganicMom only uses affiliate links to products that I have personally used and recommend. This means that some of the links you may see on ThatOrganicMom.com are affiliate links. You could search for these items outside of my website and buy them for the same price, however, when you use my link it helps me to continue sharing on my website.
I also recommend various essential oils and I use Doterra for many purposes. However, I end up buying a few of my essential oils from Amazon.com because my all-time favorite essential oil (Pillow Potion) can only be found from one company and the best price I have found is always on Amazon. I like to use essential oils at a great price, like the lavender for my Dryer Balls.
You might notice I recommend a lot of products from Amazon.com. That is because it is where I find so many products that I use on a daily basis. I am able to share free two-day shipping with several of my family members on this account. It's nice to have free shipping of gifts to friends and family members who live in other states. It makes my life a lot easier and saved my butt Christmas 2016 with 1-day shipping options!
I will always be completely forthright and totally honest in my reviews. I will never promote a product that I don't completely love!
I created this website to promote healthier living and that will remain my purpose. However, just to cover all the bases, go ahead and assume that any link on my website may be an affiliate link and I may make a commission if you end up purchasing the recommended product.
ThatOrganicMom is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for websites like this one to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com Pages on the ThatOrganicMom website may include affiliate links to Amazon and its affiliate sites on which the owner of this website will make a referral commission.
